From antique furniture to marine canvas, we bring decades of craftsmanship to every project — restoring, repairing, and creating with care.
Chairs, sofas, dining seats, and headboards — we reupholster with premium fabrics that match your style and stand the test of time.
Car seats, boat upholstery, truck caps, and convertible tops — custom-fitted with marine-grade materials built for the elements.
Patio awnings, RV covers, truck canvas, and custom canvas solutions — weather-resistant and tailored to your space.
Restaurant booths, office chairs, hotel furniture, and retail seating — durable, code-compliant fabrics for high-traffic spaces.
Antique refinishing, frame repair, foam replacement, and structural restoration — we rescue pieces others say are beyond saving.
Work with our team to select fabrics, colors, and styles — we bring your vision to life with precision stitching and quality materials.
Chappelle Canvas & Upholstery has been serving the Terre Haute community for over two decades. What started as a passion for restoring old furniture has grown into a full-service workshop trusted by homeowners, businesses, and boat owners across the region.
We believe every piece deserves a second life. Whether it's a cherished dining chair, a worn-out car interior, or a custom awning for your patio, we treat each project with the same attention to detail and care — because your belongings aren't just replacements, they're part of your story.
Every stitch tells a story. Here's a glimpse of the transformations we've completed for our neighbors in Terre Haute and beyond.
We let our work speak for itself — but don't just take our word for it.
"They brought my grandmother's dining chairs back to life. I didn't want to part with them, and now I don't have to — they look absolutely stunning with the new fabric."

"Needed new marine-grade seats for my boat and a canvas cover for the rear. Both came out perfect — quality materials, great fit, and finished ahead of schedule."
